Day 1: Departure and Mountain Crossing

• The journey begins with an early departure, traveling south toward the High Atlas Mountains. The first stop is the Tin Mal Mosque, a well-preserved 12th-century Almohad structure and one of only two mosques in the country accessible to non-Muslim visitors.
• The route continues over the Tizi n’Test Pass, reaching an elevation of 2,092 meters and offering panoramic views over the Souss Valley. By late afternoon, the group arrives in Taroudant, where the remainder of the day is spent exploring the town’s pisé ramparts and souks. Overnight accommodation in Taroudant.
• Overnight: Taroudant

Day 2 — Taroudant to Sidi Ifni

• The morning allows time for further exploration of Taroudant before departing for Sidi Ifni, a drive of approximately three hours via Tiznit. En route, the group stops at Legzira Beach to view its well-known rock arch formation; timing around low tide is recommended for optimal access.
• Sidi Ifni, a former Spanish colonial outpost, retains much of its original Art Deco architecture. The remainder of the day is available for exploring the town and harbor area. Overnight accommodation in Sidi Ifni.

Day 3 — Sidi Ifni to Agadir

• The group departs for the coastal city, a drive of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Upon arrival, the itinerary includes a visit to the Oufella kasbah ruins for panoramic views over the bay, followed by time at the marina and a sunset walk along the beach. Overnight accommodation at the coast.

Day 4 — Paradise Valley Day Trip

• A short drive (30–40 minutes) leads to Paradise Valley, known for its natural rock pools fed by mountain streams and shaded by palm groves. The site offers swimming and, for those interested, cliff-jumping. The group returns in the afternoon for a second overnight stay at the coast.

1. Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour (3 Days)
The classic one — camel trek into the Sahara, camp under a stupid amount of stars, sandboarding if you’re feeling it. Goes through the Atlas Mountains and Ait Benhaddou (you’ve probably seen it in a movie without realizing it).

2. Marrakech to Essaouira Day Trip or 2-Day Coastal Escape
Way more chill than this Agadir route. Essaouira’s a windy, artsy port town with a great old medina, seafood right off the boats, and good surf/kitesurf vibes. Perfect if you just want a beach breather without a ton of driving.

3. Marrakech to Fes via the Middle Atlas (3-4 Days)
Totally different scenery — cedar forests, Barbary macaques hanging out by the road, waterfalls at Ouzoud. Ends in Fes, which is honestly the medina of all medinas if you’re into getting lost on purpose.

4. Marrakech to Chefchaouen, the Blue City (3 Days)
If you want the famous blue-washed streets everyone’s Instagram is obsessed with. Longer drive, but Chefchaouen is unlike anywhere else in Morocco.

5. Marrakech Grand Loop: Ouarzazate, Dades Valley, Merzouga & Todra Gorge (5-6 Days)
The “see basically everything” version — kasbahs, gorges, desert, palm oases. Great if this is a once-in-a-lifetime trip and you want to pack it in.

6. Agadir to Essaouira Coastal Tour (2-3 Days)
A nice add-on or alternative if you’re starting from Agadir instead — hits Taghazout (surf town), Essaouira, maybe Imsouane too.
