Your 4 days Morocco tour begins in the morning with a pick-up from Mohammed V International Airport, your hotel, or any location in Casablanca. One of our friendly and knowledgeable local guides will welcome you and accompany you throughout the journey.
Our first stop will be the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, the largest mosque in Morocco and the seventh largest in the world. After visiting the mosque, we continue to Rabat, the capital city, where you will explore the historic Hassan Tower, the minaret of an unfinished mosque. Nearby, you will also visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V.
Following lunch in Rabat, we drive toward Fes. In the evening, you can enjoy dinner in the Medina of Fes before spending the night in a charming traditional riad located inside the Medina.
After breakfast at your riad, we depart from Fes and begin our journey toward the Merzouga desert. Our first stop is Ifrane, a picturesque town in the Middle Atlas Mountains often called the “Switzerland of Morocco.” After a short visit, we continue driving through the Middle Atlas Mountains.
Along the way, we stop in a cedar forest where you can observe the rare Barbary macaques in their natural habitat. Lunch will be taken at a restaurant on the road before we continue toward the desert, crossing the Tizi N Telghemt pass and traveling along the scenic Ziz Valley.
By late afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga, a small village located on the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Here, your camel caravan and guide will be waiting to take you on a memorable ride across the Sahara Desert to your desert camp. During the journey, you will pause atop a high dune to admire the peaceful sunset over the vast dunes of Erg Chebbi before continuing to the camp.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a traditional cup of tea. Relax in your private tent until dinner is served. After a delicious meal, gather around the campfire with local Berbers, enjoy traditional Berber music, and experience the culture beneath a sky full of stars.
Waking up early today is highly recommended so you can witness the sunrise as the first rays of sunlight illuminate the desert dunes. After breakfast at the camp, you will leave either by camel or by 4×4 vehicle.
If the day coincides with Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday, we can visit the traditional Moroccan souk in Rissani. From there, we continue to Tinghir, where we will stop to enjoy panoramic views over palm groves and Berber villages.
Next, we follow the Todra River until reaching the spectacular Todra Canyon, where towering cliffs rise nearly 300 meters high. Here you will have time to walk through the canyon and admire its impressive rock formations.
Later, we continue to the Dades Gorges, our final destination for the day. This region was once covered by the sea millions of years ago and still contains large deposits of sediment. You will also enjoy a panoramic view of the famous winding road before heading to your hotel.
Total driving distance: Around 310 km
Total driving time: Around 5 hours.
On the final day of your 4 days desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, we begin the journey toward Marrakech after breakfast at your hotel.

Next, we continue to the historic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a remarkable example of traditional southern Moroccan architecture. This fortified village has served as a filming location for many well-known productions such as Prince of Persia, Lawrence of Arabia, The Mummy, and Gladiator, and it also appeared as the city of Yunkai in Game of Thrones.
